With John Baird’s resignation in Foreign Affairs, many expected International Trade’s Ed Fast to take the post. Instead, Rob Nicholson from the Ministry of National Defence will be making the jump. Jason Kenney, former current Minister of Employment and Social Development will be taking over for him. Pierre Poilievre goes into Kenney’s old job. Rest assured, the delicate balance of middle aged white guys in the executive branch of government will be maintained.
